Why do I take pictures? I'm not a professional, that's for sure! I just got a digital SLR camera a year or so ago to take pics of my son, Derek. That got boring, so I decided to take pictures of others on the team. That turned out to be quite fun, and the process of learning how to use the camera began. Please remember that I am still new at this and sometimes the photos just don't turn out the way I want. But hey, some do! I mostly concentrate on Team Cucina Fresca, especially if there are other photographers there who depend on their pictures for a living. I try not to compete with that. The photos on this site are free for the taking -- for now. Some day I may take this more seriously, and the freebies would end.
